Returns and Exchanges

Our team at Motionwear takes pride in exceeding our customer's expectations. However, we realize you may experience an issue with a product you ordered. Maybe it’s the wrong size or not quite the color you expected. Whatever the reason, we want you to be satisfied.

Send the product back within 30 days of the shipping date according to the guidelines listed below and we will be happy to issue a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Please note the following return limitations:

  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Sale or closeout items are not eligible for return.
  • Worn, soiled or washed merchandise are not eligible for return.
  • Customized items (i.e. appliqués, imprints, rhinestones, custom colors, fabric placement) are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from ship date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund credit on returns will be issued in the original form of payment.

How to Return:

  • Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Send returns/exchanges to Motionwear Attn: MOTIONWEAR RETURNS 905 Holliston Mills Road, Church Hill, TN 37642
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  We recommend using a shipping method where you have a tracking number.
  • Please write your RA# on the outside of the return box/shipment as well - failure to write the RA# on the shipment may delay the return/refund process.

Returns will generally be processed within 1 week of receipt at our warehouse.

How to Exchange:

If you would like to exchange for a different item, please place a new, separate order for the item you want on and follow the return procedure to return the original item.

Additional Restrictions

Motionwear reserves the right to deny a return. If you send items back without prior authorization or that do not meet our guidelines, your package will be returned to you with a letter stating why we could not process the return.
