We compiled some of our clients’ most frequently asked questions to help you with your shopping experience. If you can’t find the answer here, please contact our Customer Service team for help.

How will I know when my order ships?

After placing your Motionwear order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. Depending upon production, we may ship one to two days earlier or later after the estimated date. Generally, orders with custom color placement will ship within 4-6 weeks, while solid color garments typically ship within 1-3 weeks.

Can you do rush orders?

If you require rush processing, please indicate that date on your order. We also advise you to contact customer service to find out if we can accommodate your needs. We will review our production schedule to determine if we can fulfill your request. If we are not able to meet your request, we will provide you with a date that the order can be completed. Do you have any items in stock?

Some of our basic black Silkskyn styles are already in stock and can be shipped by the next business day. Most of Motionwear’s apparel are made-to-order and delivered within 4-6 weeks.

How do I determine the right size?

We have a sizing chart to make sure you get the most accurate fit. With a measuring tape that reflects inches along with our sizing guide, you can be assured of an accurate fit. Our fit is consistent across all product lines, but unique between our dance, gymnastics, performance, and cheer apparel lines. Be sure to refer to the correct sizing chart for a correct fit. Plus size and long length styles are offered in many of our core products. This allows fitting an entire group in the same outfit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

It’s important to us that you love your Motionwear apparel. But if for some reason you are unhappy with a purchase you've made, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to make it right. As a general policy, we do not issue refunds on custom orders. However, we pride ourselves in our products. If you notice any issues related to the workmanship of your apparel, we will try to fix the issue. If we can’t for some reason, we will replace the item at no cost to you. I forgot my account password. What should I do?

Don’t worry. If you have forgotten your password, Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Sign In." Next, select the link for "Forgot your password?" Then follow the instructions to reset your password.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What kind of custom products are available?

We understand the importance of standing out during your performances. That’s why Motionwear specializes in offering an extensive selection of custom options – MANY more than are offered online. If you can dream it, we can create it. We offer custom colors, fabrics, designs, embroidery, rhinestone appliqués, screen print, and more. Can I get screen print, embroidery or rhinestones?

Absolutely. We offer all three of those options. Contact our customer service team for guidance, pricing, and availability. Our staff uses the innovative equipment to create your designs to perfection. There’s no need to contact an embroiderer or screen printer to complete this task. We can do it all so that you can wear your outfit as soon as it arrives.
