Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues, be it sizing, quality or expectations, send it back within 30 days from the ship date and we’ll gladly replace the item or refund your money (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Motionwear goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. When you receive your order, look it over and make sure that everything is correct. If something is not right, contact customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Please note the following return limitations:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from ship date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for worn, soiled or washed merchandise, and all tags must be attached.
  • All returns will receive a refund credit back in the original form of payment.
  • Sale or closeout items are not eligible for return.

Any customer-defined options are non-refundable including, but not limited to:

  1. Custom color or fabric placement
  2. Embellishments of rhinestones
  3. Imprinting or appliqués

How to Exchange:

  1. Include a copy of the packing list with your return.

Additional Restrictions

All merchandise must be unworn and within 30 days from the date of shipment.  New items returned between 30 and 60 days after ship date are charged a 25% restocking fee. There will be no accepted returns after 60 days of shipment. No returns are allowed on custom garments with custom embellishments.  We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

The decision for replacement is at the full discretion of Motionwear. Motionwear reserves the right to deny a return. If you send items back, without prior authorization, that do not meet these guidelines, your package will be returned to you with a letter stating why we could not process the return or exchange.  Custom items are non-returnable.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured parcel post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package was damaged, save the box and the merchandise,  and notify us immediately at 800-869-0609.  The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package, and the damaged items will be replaced.

Replacement: Internet purchased items that are defective in material or workmanship will be replaced free of charge.  If a replacement is not possible, a full credit will be given for original purchase price via the original payment method.  The decision for replacement or credit is entirely Motionwear's.  In instances where product failure was attributable to the garment sized wrong to the body, or where useful life of product was met before claim of defect, it is Motionwear's sole discretion to replace, credit, or take no action.  It is normal and not considered defective for glitter treatments to shed and for foil surfaces to wear especially in high abrasion areas.  Dirty or soiled garments will not be considered for replacement.  In the case of an exchange that was not due to a manufacturer defect, the shipping of the replacement garment will be the responsibility of the customer.
