How will I know when my order ships?
When you place your Motionwear order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. We typically ship one to two days either side of that date. If you are concerned about meeting deadlines or need RUSH processing, contact customer service and we will see if we can accommodate your needs. For more information on shipping, click here.
Motionwear's apparel is designed and assembled for you in the USA. We do maintain several basic black styles in stock that can ship next day. Orders with non-stock items will enter our production process after point of purchase.
Orders with custom color placement, expect to ship within 4-6 weeks. Orders for solid color garments, expect to ship within 1-3 weeks.
We do our best to accommodate last minute deadlines or rush processing. When placing your order, include your required delivery date in the notes section if it is time sensitive. We’ll review our production schedule and advise whether we can meet that date. If we cannot, we will advise the date we can produce and deliver your products. Why aren’t all of your products in stock?
Motionwear apparel is made-to-order. However, we do maintain several core basic black Silkskyn styles in stock and many can ship same-day. Most non-stock item orders are delivered within 4-6 weeks.
How does your sizing run?
In order to get the most accurate fit, please reference the appropriate Motionwear sizing chart. Our fit is consistent across all product lines, but unique between our dance, gymnastics, performance, and cheer apparel lines. Be sure to refer to the correct sizing chart for a correct fit. Plus size and long length styles are offered in many of our core products. This allows fitting an entire group in the same outfit.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope you love your Motionwear apparel. But if for some reason you are unhappy with a purchase you've made, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to make it right. For details about our return and exchange procedures, see our return policy.

Don’t worry. If you have forgotten your password, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "Sign In" - then select the link for "Forgot your password?" Then follow the instructions to reset your password.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Motionwear can deliver to international addresses via UPS. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges, import costs, duty fees, and VAT for shipping destination. We do not accept returns on products shipped outside of the United States. Contact customer service for details.
What kind of custom products are available?
Motionwear offers an abundance of custom options – MANY more than are offered online. If you can dream it, we can create it. Custom colors, fabrics, designs, embroidery, rhinestone appliqués, screen prints, and more. If you do not see it on our website, please refer to your local store or dealer. Can I get screen print, embroidery, or rhinestones?
YES! We offer all 3. Contact customer service for guidance, pricing, and availability. We utilize the latest equipment and can create your designs to perfection. No longer will you need to run to your local embroiderer or screen printer and add to your wait time. Adding these services to your order is easy and our production methods add little, if any, to your delivery time.
